Bindis
Bindis are a decorative mark on the body. They were traditionally worn on the forehead but you'll also see them on Tribal bellydancers' cheeks, around the eyes, and around the navel. In India they were made with vermilion or henna, while in the Middle East they were more commonly tattooed. The style favored by Tribal dancers is the bejewelled version, traditionally used for brides.
Sometimes I think there isn't a square inch of a Tribal bellydancer's body that can't be embellished in some way!
