Gloves
Gloves, long and short are very popular in tribal fusion. Unfortunately if your goal is to disguise flabby upper arms, you'll find most gloves don't come high enough to do the trick - and most arm bands are designed to sit at the elbow.
If you choose long gloves in a stretch material, you may be able to cut off the hands and pull them higher up over the upper arm - but don't pay too much for them, just in case!
