This is an unusual DVD which can't seem to decide whether it's a performance, a choreography or a technique lesson. It could have ended up doing none of them well, but in fact I think it's worked.
The warm-up is unusual for tribal as it's dance-based rather than yoga-based. I can imagine dancers using the warm-up on its own.
